We have a 30 day no hassle exchange policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, you can exchange it within 30 days for any other item of equal or lesser value. Simply call us at 321-271-5134 for a representative to assist you.

We will mail the exchange item right away with a return envelope included for your exchange. You will be billed for new shipping and the return shipping of the exchanged item. You will have 15 days to return the original item or you will be charged for the full value of the original item.

Items that are custom made or sized may not be returned or exchanged. Any item returned not in its original packaging will not be credited or exchanged. Any items returned with scratches will not be credited or exchanged. Any item returned that has been worn or damaged in any way will not be credited or exchanged.

If you wish to return the item on your own please mail to the address below and email us at contactsanity@yahoo.com Please include in the subject line the word RETURN and your ORDER # for us to process your return.

Sanity Steel:

We do not accept returns on steel. There are several reasons for this but the two biggest are: Damascus designs & holders are proprietary property and once someone has them in their possession, the pattern and designs can be stolen and/or reproduced. We have found that no one can reproduce our product unless they have one in their hand. Therefore to protect ourselves, once you buy it you own it. We have stayed in business through our great customer service, we will look at each case individually.

OUR DAMASCUS DESIGNS:

It is impossible to make two Damascus steels identical. That means the Damascus you buy will truly be a one of a kind design.

Because use of this, the pattern on the steel and handle of the Damascus pictured will vary slightly from the Damascus you receive.

The differences are so subtle you probably would never know.

YOUR STATE LAWS
With respect, you probably do not know your states laws, look them up. Google search will answer your questions quickly.

I meet very, very few people who know their state laws, look them up, it’s not what you think. Your state will almost certainly have different laws for what you can and cannot carry “concealed”. If you wear Sanity Steel on your side, in open view, not covered by a shirt or vest, you can carry almost any steel in any state in America, check it out!

Last, by buying this steel you assume all responsibility for knowing and abiding to your states laws. We are not implying, stating or marketing these steels with the guarantee you are allowed to carry them in your state. Be responsible, know your laws.
