We have a 30 day no hassle exchange policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, you can exchange it within 30 days for any other item of equal or lesser value. Simply call us at 321-271-5134 for a representative to assist you.
We will mail the exchange item right away with a return envelope included for your exchange. You will be billed for new shipping and the return shipping of the exchanged item. You will have 15 days to return the original item or you will be charged for the full value of the original item.
Items that are custom made or sized may not be returned or exchanged. Any item returned not in its original packaging will not be credited or exchanged. Any items returned with scratches will not be credited or exchanged. Any item returned that has been worn or damaged in any way will not be credited or exchanged.
